1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the iGlobusCC website, applications, and related services operated by iGlobus Corporate Consulting.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, including job seekers, employers, recruiters, and visitors.
• "Job Seeker" means an individual who uses the Platform to search for employment opportunities.
• "Employer" means an individual or organization that uses the Platform to post job openings and recruit candidates.
• "Content" means any information, text, graphics, photos, profiles, resumes, job postings, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to iGlobus Corporate Consulting, the owner and operator of iGlobusCC.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Post or transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post any false, inaccurate, or misleading information, including fake job postings or fraudulent profiles.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Use the Platform to spam, phish, or engage in any other deceptive practices.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Platform Services

4.1 For Job Seekers

The Platform allows job seekers to:

• Create and manage professional profiles and resumes.
• Search for job opportunities posted by employers.
• Apply for jobs directly through the Platform.
• Receive job recommendations based on their profile.
• Track application status and communicate with recruiters.

4.2 For Employers

The Platform allows employers and recruiters to:

• Post job openings and manage recruitment campaigns.
• Search candidate databases and receive job applications.
• Communicate with applicants and manage the hiring process.
• Access recruitment analytics and reporting tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

5. Fees and Payments

Access to basic features of the Platform for job seekers is free. Employers may be subject to fees for certain services, including job postings, featured listings, and access to premium candidate databases. All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Payments are processed through secure third party payment gateways. Fees are non refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iGlobus Corporate Consulting and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

6.2 User Content

By posting Content on the Platform, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such Content in connection with operating and providing the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the Content you post or have the necessary permissions to grant this license.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

8. Third Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third party websites or services.

9. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The results of using the Platform will meet your expectations.
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Platform will meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, including employers and job seekers. We do not endorse any Content posted by users and are not liable for any employment decisions made by employers or any actions taken by job seekers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall iGlobus Corporate Consulting, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iGlobus Corporate Consulting and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Platform.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
